A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Professional.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
- Educate clients and advisors on the company's systems, processes, and policies
- Identify and escalate privacy, red flag, and other high risk incidents
Qualifications for this position include:
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
