A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Professional.

  • Educate clients and advisors on the company's systems, processes, and policies
  • Identify and escalate privacy, red flag, and other high risk incidents

Qualifications for this position include:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
