Job Summary

A financial services institution is seeking a Remote Customer Service Professional.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Learn, retain, and solution on numerous product offerings across several different businesses
  • Identify other potential customer needs and offer tailored solutions that improve financial wellness

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • FINRA SIE, Series 6 top-off and Series 63 licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of start date
  • Strong people skills
  • Proficiency with a keyboard and window-based applications, including Internet
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
