Job Summary
A staffing agency focused on offering workforce solutions in the healthcare, scientific, and information technology industries has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Professional in Chicago Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing initial applications for simplified issue new business products for completeness and accuracy
- Requesting missing and incomplete information via written and verbal communications with internal associates and field associates
- Reviewing financial information to determine suitability and referring cases for secondary review as appropriate
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Willingness to go back into the office a couple of days per week at some point
- Ability to handle escalations in a time sensitive manner
