Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full Time Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and assist with inquiries from patients, facilities, payers, and patients
  • Set up payment plans and contact patients regarding their payment plan
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare field
  • Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver, and team player
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED), continuing education preferred
