- Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong computer skills, including basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Some insurance billing knowledge is preferred; full training provided
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Able to handle pressure and maintain composure under large call volumes
- Must be punctual and dependable
