Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) to manage healthcare-related communication and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians; assist with clinical calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims adjudication system
  • Document relevant claims and prior authorization information in the system
Required Qualifications
  • Education: 2-year college degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience: Two years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Required Equipment: Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, noise-canceling headset
