Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) to manage healthcare-related communication and support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians; assist with clinical calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims adjudication system
- Document relevant claims and prior authorization information in the system
Required Qualifications
- Education: 2-year college degree in a related field preferred
- Experience: Two years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy experience is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Required Equipment: Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, noise-canceling headset
