Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls to address inquiries
• Document and update records accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
• Escalate customer complaints as necessary and provide feedback on areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining confidentiality
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented and multi-tasked environment
• Reliable broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements for remote work
