Job Summary
Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls to address inquiries
- Document and update records accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
- Escalate customer complaints as necessary and provide feedback on areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented and multi-tasked environment
- Reliable broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements for remote work
