Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with claims and doctor changes, and maintain accurate records while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of client calls and provide timely assistance
  • Follow communication scripts and clarify customer needs effectively
  • Document all interactions in the call center database accurately
Required qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Prior health insurance knowledge preferred
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy
  • Compassionate with a strong work ethic
