Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with claims and doctor changes, and maintain accurate records while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of client calls and provide timely assistance
- Follow communication scripts and clarify customer needs effectively
- Document all interactions in the call center database accurately
Required qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Prior health insurance knowledge preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Compassionate with a strong work ethic
