Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of call center experience required
  • Experience in an e-commerce or DTC environment preferred
  • Proficient in live chat, email, social media, and phone support
  • Strong digital literacy abilities and client-focused service approach
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
