Job Summary
Seeking a highly adaptable and team-centric Remote Customer Service Representative, this full-time position will provide outstanding service to customers, leveraging strong digital literacy to operate platforms and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent Vego Garden's high customer service standards with enthusiasm and passion
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues creatively
- Execute administrative data entry into customer records with high attention to detail
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center experience required
- Experience in an e-commerce or DTC environment preferred
- Proficient in live chat, email, social media, and phone support
- Strong digital literacy abilities and client-focused service approach
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
