Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, process orders, verify documentation, and coordinate timely delivery of respiratory equipment and support.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to calls, emails, faxes, and new referrals, ensuring all new orders are acknowledged within 24 hours
  • Process respiratory equipment orders accurately and ensure completion within 72 hours
  • Verify insurance coverage, explain patient financial responsibilities, and maintain communication with referral sources and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior data entry experience
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills
  • Experience working successfully in a remote work environment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
