Job Summary
Handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, analyze payment histories, and communicate account statuses during regular business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer contracts and advise on account statuses, including open and closed accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding title statuses and assist with payment options, extensions, and deferrals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recommend appropriate solutions based on account analysis
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to perform manual calculations
- Strong multitasking skills
