Job Summary

Handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, analyze payment histories, and communicate account statuses during regular business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Review customer contracts and advise on account statuses, including open and closed accounts
  • Communicate with customers regarding title statuses and assist with payment options, extensions, and deferrals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recommend appropriate solutions based on account analysis
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to perform manual calculations
  • Strong multitasking skills
