Job Summary

Seeking a reliable individual for a temporary Remote Customer Service Representative position, the role will manage high call volumes, conduct outbound cold calls, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely for a 2-3 month assignment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and take accurate messages for service technicians and staff
  • Input customer orders and maintain customer and lead information within company systems
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to handle large call volumes
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
