Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers with account-related questions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company programs and policies

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in call center or customer service
  • Working knowledge of computer applications and systems
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must have verified internet service and a dedicated work area
