Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide assistance
  • Review and research healthcare claims from members and providers
  • Communicate with members and providers to resolve issues and ensure understanding

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years prior experience in an office or call center setting
  • 1+ years of healthcare insurance experience
  • Ability to work normal business hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST
