Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run daily reports of open orders and complete necessary follow-ups as needed
  • Review order details to confirm shipping dates align with delivery deadlines
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding order statuses and shipping timelines

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Experience with basic computer use, including Office, and ability to learn company-specific systems
  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously using effective time management
  • Flexibility to work individually and as part of a team environment
