Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive initial calls and obtain all pertinent vehicle information from potential Total Loss claims
  • Ensure accurate data entry of vehicle information and communicate vehicle value to callers
  • Process incoming work such as faxed requests and dealer inventory updates while maintaining standards

Required Qualifications:
  • No prior insurance or automotive experience required, as training will be provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong technical aptitude
  • Quiet and professional home work environment with high-speed internet connection
