Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

- 1+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF programs is a plus (training provided)
