Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians promptly to job sites and adjust schedules as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries during nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in scheduling or dispatching with ServiceTitan
• Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Services
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check and reside in specified states
