Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist multiple departments by scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming various patient appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with policies and protocols
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using management software
Required Qualifications

  • Six months of general business experience, preferably in customer service
  • General knowledge of Windows PC and Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Able to provide dual monitors with specified connections
