Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Patient Billing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve account balances
- Provide timely and accurate account analysis, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies
- Utilize Epic systems and other resources to investigate and resolve inquiries efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associates Degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting strongly desired
- Knowledge of Epic billing systems preferred
- Alternative work experience or training may be considered in lieu of experience
