Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Patient Billing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve account balances
  • Provide timely and accurate account analysis, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies
  • Utilize Epic systems and other resources to investigate and resolve inquiries efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associates Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting strongly desired
  • Knowledge of Epic billing systems preferred
  • Alternative work experience or training may be considered in lieu of experience
