Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Engage and educate members on their unique needs and Aetna plans, tools, and resources
- Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors while guiding members through their benefits
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday during designated hours
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
