Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
  • Engage and educate members on their unique needs and Aetna plans, tools, and resources
  • Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors while guiding members through their benefits
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
  • Willingness to work Monday - Friday during designated hours
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
