Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and account assistance
  • Process payments and manage trouble and outage orders
  • Assist customers with online account management and service changes
Required Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience
  • Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
  • Open to working overtime during peak times, including nights and weekends
  • Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Camera required to be on during training and shifts
