Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and account assistance
- Process payments and manage trouble and outage orders
- Assist customers with online account management and service changes
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience
- Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
- Open to working overtime during peak times, including nights and weekends
- Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Camera required to be on during training and shifts
