Key Responsibilities
  • Engage callers in friendly conversations while accurately collecting and inputting lead information into the client's CRM
  • Follow account-specific instructions, including appointment scheduling and call dispatch procedures
  • Manage and record call outcomes appropriately while maintaining call control and providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a criminal background check
