Job Summary
A company is looking for a PST ServiceTitan Experienced CSR.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage callers in friendly conversations while accurately collecting and inputting lead information into the client's CRM
- Follow account-specific instructions, including appointment scheduling and call dispatch procedures
- Manage and record call outcomes appropriately while maintaining call control and providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to undergo and pass a criminal background check
