Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or Nurse Practitioner
• Answer inbound calls from members and assist with their inquiries
• Ensure accurate scheduling of appointments and resolve any scheduling issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
