Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer calls regarding fiber-optic internet service, including billing and technical support inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Document customer interactions and assist with account management and technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of call center experience is required
  • 1 year of sales or upselling experience is required
  • Must have reliable, high-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
