A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative for Wisconsin residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email
  • Research customer requests and accurately document call details
  • Manage cases from initiation to resolution while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of customer service experience
  • Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time
  • Must be a Wisconsin resident with high-speed internet access
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
