- Provide customer service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email
- Research customer requests and accurately document call details
- Manage cases from initiation to resolution while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience
- Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time
- Must be a Wisconsin resident with high-speed internet access
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
