Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Provide accurate information regarding cardholder accounts and assist with inquiries
• Process transactions via web-based applications and maintain knowledge of company policies

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
• Must complete background checks and comply with camera requirements for meetings
• Must have a secure, reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
