Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Provide accurate information regarding payments and benefits to customers
• Process transactions and handle research requests using web-based applications

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
• Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
• Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
