Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated workspace and personal device with a functioning camera required for training
• Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
• Commitment to full attendance during the paid 3-week training period
