Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Process transactions and handle research requests via web-based applications
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
  • Must have an established work area equipped with necessary furniture and connections
