Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Required Qualifications

- Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device that includes a functioning camera
