Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer care to Veterans and Providers
  • Assist customers in navigating CCN websites and respond to inquiries from In-Network providers
  • Document required information and maintain patient confidentiality while addressing customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical or health insurance environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work any of the 8-hour schedules during regular business hours of 6am-7pm CST, Monday - Friday
  • Must have a dedicated workspace at home free from distractions
