Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full Time Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries from patients regarding account charges, insurance payments, and balances due
  • Set up payment plans and contact patients regarding their payment plans as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of Patient Health Information (PHI) and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience, preferably in medical or healthcare
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED), with continuing education preferred
  • Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
