Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Full Time Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from patients regarding account charges, insurance payments, and balances due
- Set up payment plans and contact patients regarding their payment plans as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of Patient Health Information (PHI) and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience, preferably in medical or healthcare
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED), with continuing education preferred
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
