Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Access and provide information on cardholder accounts, payments, and benefits
- Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company programs and policies
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch
- Must complete a background check and have a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must have a dedicated work area and working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
