Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Access and provide information on cardholder accounts, payments, and benefits
  • Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company programs and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch
  • Must complete a background check and have a reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Must have a dedicated work area and working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
  • Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
