Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
• Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
• Maintain knowledge of company and client programs while supporting team operations

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience required
• Must complete a background check and security fingerprinting
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area are necessary
• Basic knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
