Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
- Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
- Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
- Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area are required
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
