Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide accurate information regarding cardholder accounts and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
  • Must have an established work area with necessary equipment and a direct LAN connection
