Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Access and provide information on cardholder accounts and transactions
  • Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience required
  • Completion of background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is necessary
