Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care to Veterans and Providers
• Assist customers in navigating CCN websites and document required information
• Research complex issues across multiple databases while maintaining patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in a medical or health insurance environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work any of the 8-hour schedules during regular business hours
• Must have a distraction-free workspace at home
