Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care to Veterans and Providers
- Assist customers in navigating CCN websites and document required information
- Research complex issues across multiple databases while maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical or health insurance environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour schedules during regular business hours
- Must have a distraction-free workspace at home
