Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Reliable high-speed hardwired internet and a private workspace
• Call center experience preferred; bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or NICE inContact is advantageous
