Job Summary
A company is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide remote support in the Tulsa, OK area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality phone support to families
- Assist with applications, answer questions, and connect callers to resources
- Navigate multiple systems while engaging callers and maintain documentation standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable high-speed hardwired internet and a private workspace
- Call center experience preferred; bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or NICE inContact is advantageous
