Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage 40-100 calls per day and assist customers with auto insurance inquiries
- Highlight and sell membership benefits while improving customer experience
- Document interactions and meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of call center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of cars or willingness to learn about them
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and work in a virtual desktop environment
