Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 40-100 calls per day and assist customers with auto insurance inquiries
  • Highlight and sell membership benefits while improving customer experience
  • Document interactions and meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of call center experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of cars or willingness to learn about them
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and work in a virtual desktop environment
