Job Summary

A company is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide remote support in the Tulsa area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, high-quality phone support to families
  • Assist with applications, answer questions, and connect callers to resources
  • Follow program procedures and maintain documentation standards
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Reliable high-speed hardwired internet and private workspace
  • Call center experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or NICE inContact is advantageous
