Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
  • Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
  • Must live within a 120-mile radius from the job site
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience required
  • Must complete a background check and have a reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is necessary
