Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates
  • Document all issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software applications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED Certificate, or equivalency; Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, including six months in a lower-level customer care representative role
  • Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, and medical office knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace required
