Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements
- Process trouble and outage orders, and assist with account management
- Manage service requests for move in/out and account-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Must have great attendance
- Computer navigation skills with a typing speed of 35-40 WPM
- Flexible availability for varying shifts between 7am-8pm EST
- Comfortable utilizing multiple systems and screens
- Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
