Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining policy coverage and assisting with claim payments
  • Process policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Maintain department standards for call volume and time management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • At least one year of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Life and Health insurance background is desired
  • Strong phone skills and customer service experience
  • Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
