Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining policy coverage and assisting with claim payments
- Process policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Maintain department standards for call volume and time management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- At least one year of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
- Life and Health insurance background is desired
- Strong phone skills and customer service experience
- Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
