Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
• Identify customer needs and provide complete and accurate information
• Process transactions via mainframe or web-based applications and maintain knowledge of company policies and technology

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work any shift Monday-Friday between 7am - 7pm
