Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Correspondence Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services via telephone and email
- Process transactions using mainframe or web-based applications and provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain knowledge of company programs and assist lower-level staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Florida
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
