Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Correspondence Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services via telephone and email
  • Process transactions using mainframe or web-based applications and provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of company programs and assist lower-level staff as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
