Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Transaction Processing Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
  • Process transactions via mainframe or web-based applications and manage documents for processing
  • Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with established procedures


Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday
