Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
  • Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations
  • Support team operations during peak times and maintain in-depth knowledge of company programs and technology
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
